User Roles & Access

Access is enforced via permissions. Certain menu items appear only if your role/permissions allow.

Policies

Refunds & Disputes
- Ticket refunds follow the event organizer policy; platform fees may be non-refundable.
- Digital score/solfa purchases are typically non-refundable unless mandated by law.
Payouts
- Ensure payout accounts are valid; failed payouts may incur reprocessing delays.
- KYC or verification may be required for payouts and higher limits.
How to Use

- Go to Score Management → Add New Score (Unified).
- Fill in required metadata (title, composer, language, style).
- Attach files (PDF, images, or supported formats) and submit.
- Track moderation status if applicable.
Create an Event and Sell Tickets
- Apply for Ticketing Access if required.
- From Events, create your event with schedule and description.
- Configure ticket types, pricing, and availability.
- Share the event page; track purchases and use the verification tools at check-in.
Set Up Payouts
- Open Payout Preferences .
- Provide valid bank or provider details as prompted, in Payout Settings.
- Monitor payout history and reconcile reports.
Manage Notifications
- Visit the Notification Center .
- Set preferences and review in-app inbox.
Secure Your Account
- Go to Profile .
- Update password and enable Two-Factor Authentication (use an authenticator app for best security).
- Terminate suspicious sessions and review recent activity.
- Store recovery codes in a safe place; never share OTPs.

Access may require verification and approval. Apply from the Verification page if available.
Why is my event not visible publicly?
Ensure the event is published, tickets are available, and the start date is in the future.
How do I resend email verification?
Use the account security or verification screen to resend the confirmation email.
How to enable app-based vs SMS 2FA?
Prefer an authenticator app; SMS is less secure and may be unavailable in some regions.
What happens after a duplicate is flagged?
Reviewers will evaluate and either link duplicates, request changes, or reject the submission.
