ScoreMus is a music technology service operated by Seraphic Music. This policy explains the information we process when you browse ScoreMus, create an account, publish music or events, buy tickets, receive communications, or use our mobile services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, role, profile details, uploaded content, event information, support messages and transaction details. Payments are processed by payment providers; ScoreMus does not store full card details.

We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to secure and improve the service. Homepage conversion measurement stores a one-way session hash, broad device and browser family, referring host and campaign parameters. It does not store your raw IP address in the marketing events table.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and product features, deliver tickets and communications, process transactions, prevent abuse, calculate earnings, provide support, measure service performance and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only when needed with providers that support hosting, email, messaging, analytics, fraud prevention and payment processing, or when required by law. We do not sell full payment-card information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep required financial records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your account information and communication preferences within ScoreMus. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained by law.
